This is an old movie but I just now watched it. I had gotten some used dvds in a sale and this was one in that box with several others.
Any way I do like Bill Murray and feel he is a good actor and do enjoy a lot of his movies any way this movie. I would not consider it bad but not what I was expecting. I read on the back of the dvd that it is supposed to be a comedy and “Flat out Hilarious” — according to Peter Traver, Rolling Stone.
I was expecting a comedy when I got a drama which disappointed me as I did not laugh at all during this movie infact it had a lot of sad parts that made me cry and made me feel bad for those who were having a hard time. I do like drama and love stories which this very much felt like but when you are expecting comedy and not getting comedy it kind of ruins it. Although I did like it.
I do want to mention this movie was a lot like code46 but more real to life and set in modern day.
