I buy a lot of anime on ebay how ever I have also been buying from an anime store I found a few months ago.  Not sure exactly how long ago but found them through twitter.  The store is called http://otakumitsukai.com . One of the nicest things I like about them is if they do not have some thing listed on the site I can contact them via email, google talk, or twitter and ask if they can get one that I want.  Most of my orders from them were requests.  Oh ya another nice thing is the price is usually cheaper with them then it is with ebay.

I only had a few issues with them but the issues were all worked out. The first issue was a request order that I made was not able to be filled after I ordered so they gave me a credit on my account for the amount of those dvds. Which was nice of them. I am glad they told me right away and let me know they would not be able to get that anime any more as it is no longer produced.  I would have been upset if they did not tell me so I am happy with the end result of that.  OH and I used that credit to get a few other anime I wanted.

Another issue was one anime I ordered and the only one I ordered that was not a request.  After I ordered it they did tell me they had to wait a month or 2 to get more ins stock, which was no problem.  How ever the issue was it was longer then 2 months and I was starting to get worried. So I probably annoyed them more then I should have to find out what was going on.  They were able to get more in stock and shipped it out right away so overall I am happy with that.  Oh and they did apologize for that wait and sent a free gift with that order, just a small one but it was nice of them.

Any way I do plan on buying more from them but at this time I am broke so will need to wait until I have a few things paid off before I buy any more.
