I worked for several hours between 2 hosts and have gotten the site back up.
Well the forum is back up the portal/ home page is still being worked on.
If you want to get to Otaku Play ground go to http://otakuplayground.com/forums until I get the portal page back up, Hopefully I will be able to get that up and running here shortly.
